Rowdy Rathore is an action thriller film which is an official remake of Telugu super hit film Vikramarkudu. After a long time, actor Akshay Kumar is playing the hard-core action hero and also features in double role.
Rowdy Rathore is a story of a common man Shiva (Akshay Kumar) who finds his love interest in a pretty girl Priya (Sonakshi Sinha) who met at marriage party, he was not invited to. But, the story turns when a small six year old girl Neha enters into Shiva’s life. Neha claims him to be her father. Shiva find out the actual truth behind it that Neha is the daughter of Police Officer Vikram Singh Rathod (Akshay Kumar). Now, with new responsibilities does Neha brings to Siva’s life, he goes to Chambal valley and settles the score on behalf of the dead Vikram Singh Rathod.
